Julia is a wonderful sports massage therapist, I had lactic acid build up and she got rid of all the knots I had, leaving me feeling amazing! I had strained the tendons in my wrists and after the deep tissue treatment I was amazed to find that they were fixed and i could go back to my normal training routine. 100% would recommend

I honestly do not believe there is anybody out there who does what Julia does as well as her. I have seen Julia for two separate issues, a back problem and a neck pain. On the first occasion, having walked in like an old man, I virtually skipped out of her place and that was after only 45 minutes of her working on my back! It was a bit like Uncle Albert in Only Fools and Horses, except this was genuine! The second time, my neck was absolute agony. After the first session, I was able to move my neck, after the second appointment, my neck felt better than before I had injured it and I slept properly for the first time in months! My partner and I have both described Julia as a miracle worker, and I promise, that is not even exaggerating. Julia has also worked wonders on my partner who has excruciating back problems. She has the most incredibly powerful hands that seem able to get rid of even the most long lasting knots and problems. Julia is also so accommodating and even saw me as a last minute request during her lunch hour. She is also really friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. I honestly cannot recommend Julia highly enough - she is just brilliant!!!
