Like many others here, I have had a dreadful experience with GET-UK. No communication, missed installation dates and no solar/battery system. Avoid this company at all costs!

I have worked for this company. And The company recently lost its (MCS)which means they cant SIGN OFF jobs they install now and has also changed company name stay well away from any company to do with (David or Nick Elbourne) Also they dont have any installers or office workers as they was all recently sacked last week The company is terribly run has no organisation or communication with Customers or workers getting sent to jobs with no kit to do the job They have used so many scaffhold companys and not paid them All they care about is taking customers deposit They use cheap invertors and batteries

Absolutely sham of a company. We went through Solar Cambridgeshire scheme and they have been little help. Weve been complaining since last June. The history is too long to narrate but were now left with no battery and two cheap inverters which do not work. Thankfully despite them chasing the balance of the payment for an incomplete system they only have our deposit. Solar Cambridgeshire were very gracious in letting us know that GET Uk had lost their MCS accreditation. Thanks a bunch. How about getting our deposit back! Weve made a S75 claim to the credit card company and await the outcome. I would suggest others try this route too. Good luck to everyone who is experiencing this debacle. I certainly hope they are forced to return our money. If you check the director Nick Elbourne he has already had one solar company that went into liquidation in 2019. Obviously has no business scruples

They were the installer used by Solar Together London, which I regrettably signed up too. I eventually managed to get the kit installed in Feb, but no handover pack, or certificates (needed to change tariff etc). They have also abandoned the scaffolding. Impossible to contact customer services by email or phone. I recommend you avoid, and the same goes for Solar Together.
