I wrote a review in 2018 as I thought what these people had done was fantastic However January 2020 we had snow and ice the resin they installed lifted I could not get my gates to open I phoned the office spoke to the office staff and left messages for Spenser to call me back, I sent him text messages asking him to call me sadly I heard nothing back despite being promised when I paid him 6,000 cash Id have no worries if there was a problem I would of been more than happy to of paid him extra money to get the problem fixed but no joy at all A builder used a wacker plate all now resolved I now need some more resin installed elswhere on my property and Ill be using Jamescapes driveways instead Sad outcome to a Company I thought was going to be good

Total Surfacing Solutions Ltd, recently completed resin bound driveway. They have shown great patient to understand our specific needs to develop and complete our project within the required timescale. The moment I met Spencer it was like a breath of fresh air. He provided prompt quote, suggested commencement date and timescale to complete the project. It's been great pleasure to work with his amazing team including Chris, Kye, Dan and others. They all deserve the recognition and applause for their high quality finish and outstanding customer service. I really enjoyed working with them all as they are all very likable individuals.
