        Nice outside seating area by the river

        Ordered via QR code to the table which meant we missed the queue at the bar (which was great) but the food took 45 mins and it was so underwhelming when it arrived. We ordered 3 starters and a Pasta Main. Calamari tempura prawns were nice but the rest of the food was tasteless and bland. Not a speck of seasoning. Almond Pesto pasta was like mush. The Glazed chicken skewers seemed to be missing the glaze and everything was covered in wilted Rocket. When I mentioned to the waitress, response was "oh...' and walked off. Also asked her for cutlery and she never came back. Won't be returning.

        Lovely waterfront pub in Ware town, recently under new management. Such a better atmosphere overall, staff are engaging and friendly, good food and drinks, excellent location, recently refurbished. It just feels like a nicer atmosphere for staff to work in, which in turn makes a nicer experience for customers. Love the newsletter addition on the tables also!

        Went to the Waterside inn a couple of days ago and had an amazing time with a couple of friends. It was a Saturday night so it was quite busy and the atmosphere was lovely. All of the staff couldve been more helpful and friendly will definitely be back!
