Awful experience after speaking to a lady from the office.didnt catch her name. I appreciate Im just the guy interested in buying thea property so Im not the vendor but the attitude of this lady was not a pleasant experience

They manage the service charge for my block of new build flats. Every 6 months we have had a substantial increase- to the point where its over doubled in the year Ive been here. All of it is a farce, most of the services arent performed at all - e.g. 17k a year for a window cleaner whos came once in a year and washed less than half the windows or the lift was out of action for 4 months and were paying a fortune for lift maintenance. The customer service is a joke. You dont get a response most of the time and Ive had a serious plumping issue Ive been left for months with no resolution. Wouldnt recommend to my worst energy. Avoid!!!! Update- they sent out coms to let us know theyd ran a competitive tender and put energy costs would increase by 75%. 2 months later they emailed to say sorry we made a mistake - its a 440% increase and now wont respond to my emails asking for further details. Very scared I wont be able to afford living here and a lot of this is down to the mismanagement from this company.

Terrible experience, extortionate rates, archaic systems and processes. Before buying property that is lease hold I would look to see if Hurford Salvi Carr were the management company.

Just took over our building and already we can see the signs of a disastrous management company. Service charges immediately doubled and was passed on to 3 different people with no explanation. Don't touch with a barge pole.
