Terrible company with terrible service . Visited my home 3 times about a report to replace my door . They came and looked at it each time with the last time saying theyll be ordering one . They dont pick up the phone called on numerous occasions including mornings as soon as they open their offices . Useless company

Do they actually have anyone answering the phone. No link for cancelling job so tried to call. After waiting on call which doesnt let you know where you are in the queue it eventually tells you there is no one to answer your call and to leave a message. Ive done that so will wait and see if they actually listen to any messages.

My initial meeting and engagement with MCP and their contractor Alan was pleasant, he was very knowledgeable and honest about the disrepair conditions and what needed to be done. This visit would be followed up after the initial inspection - which it wasn't (no fault of Alan). My housing association arranged an appointment for a plumber to source the leak, there are two, the contractor rung my doorbell once and left, did not attempt to ring again, did not contact the office to try get in contact with me and further stated that he waited 15 minutes before leaving. A lie. I contacted MCP to address this with them where they agreed the contractor should have rung again and or waited. They agreed for him to come out the same day in the afternoon, I waited and he never turned up, again no call or anything. I have not heard from them since.
