        Very disappointing! Went to return a parcel and needed to print the return label, the gentleman did this for me but then told me I needed to purchase my own sellotape in order to then post this. You would expect them to do this for you there whilst being able to print your return labels. Gentleman was very rude and unhelpful, so could not return my package.
