This company was chosen to install a new (replacement) boiler 2 years ago. Before this, all but 1 radiator worked in the house. Now multiple radiators do not work and although they have called out numerous times over the past 2 years, the issue is still not resolved. More importantly - we have had to pay for all of the call outs (almost 2K) even though they haven't fixed the issue. An official complaint has been lodged to request urgent action but we have been fobbed off with a 28 day complaint procedure.
