last week with all that snow my underfloor heating in the kitchen stopped working desperate to get it fixed before Christmas contacted Tom even though he was extremely busy he came and found a blockage and power washed the system now have a lovely warm kitchen. This is not the first time I have used Tom and would highly recommend his company .

I would definitely recommend NBS Heating and Plumbing. Tom and Mark did an amazing job. Polite, friendly, professional, easy to talk to and explained what they were doing. Happy to answer other queries too. Tom rang before they came. I had bath/basin taps installed and an immersion heater/element put in - did both jobs at the same time! The bath taps were tricky due to their position and size of the bathroom. Other plumbers didn't come back to me! These guys - no problem!
