I've been doing pilates with Laura for over 9 years and she is brilliant. Learning with her has really made me consider how my body moves when doing other exercise (gym, running, cycling) which has been immensely helpful. Laura changes the classes all the time so I never get bored and always gives different options when doing the exercises so you can work to your own ability during the classes (with no judgement). I would (and have!) recommend her classes whole-heartedly.

Have used Laura J Pilates for over 4 years to date. Expert teaching with an emphasis on safety with rapid adaptation made for injuries and different ability levels so that you get the max from each class Love it and I have no hesitation in recommending it if you want to build your fitness levels for the long term
