        I have been using Chilli Pilates for over a year. I started going because I had a back problem. Having 1 to 1 sessions with Abby every week has helped me to improve my core strength and flexibility. Thoroughly recommend Chilli Pilates.

        A lovely bright, clean and well located studio. The instructors are friendly, professional and know their stuff. A great addition to Hertford. Free parking (Tesco across the road)
