        If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy a little bit of pilates or yoga then Studio B is the place. The instructor Mel is really friendly and even though I am a relative beginner I was made to feel welcome by her and the other attendees. It is also really good value price wise........so give it a go

        Mel is amazing she explains all the movement's so well and she will always help with positioning. I always enjoy my classes and feel that I have had the best work out.

        This is a fantastic studio. The classes are small, friendly and loads of fun. Mel is a great instructor and takes the time to fully explain each move and correct as necessary. Im a newbie to yoga, but since starting this class in September Im completely hooked! Ive noticed results already and its loads better than the gym. Totally recommend!
