        My nervous pup wouldn't let anyone else groom her, but everytime we go she comes out tail wagging and looking fresh. The girls are lovely and I can't recommend them enough!

        The attitude may have changed - but we took our rescue puppy here last year and explained that we were looking for kind treatment as she has never been to a groomers before and will be nervous. We got a call 20 minutes after dropping her off as they said she was 'awful' and 'badly socialised'. I was made to feel really embarrassed and disheartened as I had explained the situation and they seemed to understand - she's fine with dogs and people but was likely just stressed by the grooming process. This place is probably fine for some generic cockapoo but do not take dogs with more emotional needs here - they were not kind and clearly just wanted to muster through the job without care for her feelings as an animal.
