I was visiting my brother for the weekend and since I've struggled to find a Groomers where I live. Hot Dog grooming had a space so I thought I'd book my 2 dogs in. My Labrador and Cockapoo came back looking amazing and the lovely lady who groomed them was so sweet about them. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was so pleasant. I'm so happy I will now book my boys in here again and again when I visit my family. Thank you Hot Dog Grooming!

What an awful experience, dropped my dog off at 11, yes was advised would be an hour and a half to 2 hours, received a call at 1 saying he was ready to which I left work. Received another snotty call saying she wasn't a dog sitting service and that I had abandoned my dog and was neglecting him. I arrived to pick him up at 2.10, hardly neglecting as I had to leave work. Clearly the woman has no customer service skills and should not be used.

Wonderful service. I don't trust any random groomer with my Puli but I was recommended to Hot dogs and I'm very pleased. Highly knowledgeable staff and a very welcoming service .. thank you and ... yes we will return
