I discovered PT Joe Spear in September 2021. I was bursting out of a size 14, unfit and feeling unhappy. For me, training with Joe fits in with my lifestyle. I have lost weight, I am stronger, fitter and my mental health has improved. I can honestly say I feel invincible after our training sessions. From me, why I would recommend Joe as a PT: he really cares about my physical and mental health and is invested in me as a client to achieve and maintain my goals. Joe continually studies the latest PT qualifications to compliment his current portfolio of PT knowledge. He also has great TV recommendations and a wicked sense of humour.

Ive been training with Joe over the last 4 months and I am feeling stronger and much fitter in myself. My clothes fit better and Ive gained a new passion for weights, which I would avoid previously if I went to the gym. Definitely recommend Joe for anyone looking to take on a new fitness journey!

I trained with Joe for 3 months on a bi- weekly basis and will be continuing my training with him on a weekly basis going forward! Ive seen such a change in myself - I have a lot more energy & am also more motivated to to go out and get things done! Training with Joe has made the gym a much less daunting environment, and working with his plans have given me the guidance and confidence I needed to use the gym equipment. I even look forward to training for him, as an added bonus he is a great, funny guy too! Would really recommend Joe for personal and group training sessions :D

I contacted Joe in 2020 after struggling with my weight during the first lockdown and fluctuating between not eating and overeating. I explained my diet, exercise routine and goals with Joe and was invited for a sit down chat to look at personal training plans. Joe was really receptive to the experiences I had and the goal I wanted to achieve (fitting into my wedding dress) and obtaining that goal safely with consistency. With the numerous lockdowns and restrictions, Joe was dynamic in providing lockdown training plans, diet plans, zoom support as well as being contactable through whatsapp. Any questions, queries I had or any injuries I had, Joe was reactive and proactive to. I would highly recommend Joe as a PT for his knowledge, dedication and consistency, I achieved my goal in July and I have never felt so confident in my appearance and my strength. I am still training with him after my wedding as I am enjoying becoming stronger and honing my exercise regime.
