Highly recommended, I came in with what I thought was a shoulder injury, but was told it was tendonitis in the bicep, this was then treated over a number of sessions getting me back to a position where I could resume weight training. Thank Mr Lancaster!

Id been struggling with my lower back when doing any kind of physical activity but especially road running. After seeing John he showed me that my alignment was off and recommended some souls to put in my shoes to help straighten it out. After a couple of months of wearing them, I now dont have any pain and my alignment seems a lot better. Would highly recommend.

I've been going to John at The Lancaster for years - usually for occasional maintenance on my dodgy back, and sometimes when in real trouble. John is brilliant at resolving the situation within a short time without drama and fuss, and advising on exercises to help improve the situation longer term. I have recommended his services to many, all of whom have been equally impressed - and grateful

I highly reccomend John after I was in alot of pain with a trapped nerve in my shoulder. In just a few sessions i was pain free. John is friendly and professional at what he does. I will deffinetly use his service again in the future if I need it.

John works wonders and is definitely worth a visit for any pain or niggle you may have, not only to cure it but for prevention as well. Has he helped me before and during pregnancy with back pain, knee pain and sciatica and I'd also referred my mum and nan to him with other ailments they've experienced and they've both seen a huge improvement and relief after seeing him. It's definitely a bonus knowing he's a paediatric osteo as well, baby will be coming to see you when they arrive for an MOT!
