The staff are certainly kept busy feeding, entertaining and caring for the residents who vary in capability from bedridden to seemingly perfectly mobile and able, but all have differing needs, and its easy to see the kindness and humour shown in the interaction from all the staff I have seen!
Theres a great entertainment schedule too, from music, ponies, puppies and flower arranging, the list is mind boggling.
Oh and the menus sound fab too!
