Everything seems under control, the entry and exit is controlled by staff , so 'losing' a resident is unlikely. There are common rooms where residents are able to sit and talk. Food is served in a dining room , or for those who are unable the food is taken to them. Residents all appear to be well looked after.

I was invited to Snowdrop Place as an independent consultant to host a body shop party. I had the best evening with some of the residents and staff. I showcased our gorgeous products and we also played some games which saw 3 residents win a little prize from me. The care home's exterior and interior is absolutely stunning! It is a lovely home for the residents. The staff I encountered on my visit were very polite and came across very kind and caring towards the residents. Thank you so much for having me Snowdrop Place!

My experience of this Care home is all positive. The staff are gentle, kind and caring. To patients and family alike. They take care of the surrounding family all day and night with nonstop offers of refreshment. There is a menu at mealtimes. Meals are served hot. My patient, my sister, my friend Is gone but her last hours, with me, when she passed and her remains were treated with the utmost care and respect. Thank you CARE HOUSE, WARE. Roni Hermony Israel

Im blessed to be a part of Snowdrop Team! Since 2018 working alongside with my dedicated colleagues, supportive management team, nurses and other professionals ,making sure that we deliver high standards of care to all of our residents! When working feels at home surrounded by a beautiful family!

Majority of staff had no dementia training. I felt my Mum was neglected and abused. Management didnt deal with this properly and didnt support the good carers, so my Mum had to leave the home for her own safety.
