13 July 2019 - Wedding Reception We would like to thank Herts Hog Roast for their contribution to our special day and such an amazing event. They provided the catering for our Wedding Reception at home serving a champagne reception with delicious canopys (beef and scallops most popular at our event), superb hog for main course and BBQ in the evening. The high standard of the highest quality, full of flavour and freshly cooked on-site. Attention to detail was exemplary....our compliments to their chef. The food was complemented by separate wine flights and the waiting service was faultless. The different flavoured tiers of our Wedding cake was prepared to our specific requirements and our cheese board superbly present and reloaded 4 times! Herts hog roast were on time, professional and accommodating our every need. Even when there were issues, they commanded the situation and dealt with the situation with minimal guidance from us. I highly recommend sampling their dishes and booking them for your event. Thank you Steve and Team awesome day!!!!!!
