We have been clients of GPFM for several years now. They were an enormous help in initially guiding my husband and myself through our pension needs. We feel very comfortable and confident with the way they manage our pensions and investments in the best manner which meets all our individual requirements. We have always found their advice easy to understand, friendly and professional and have been extremely pleased with the results. In our opinion, they provide a top class friendly service. They are also very approachable, extremely thorough and are very client focussed. They are available to talk about our investments, queries or concerns at all times. One of the things which we feel sets this firm apart from others is their determination to keep in regular touch. They arrange a yearly review to ensure that everything is still as we require. Throughout 2020 and continuing now into 2021, GPFM have maintained regular monthly contact with all their clients providing updates on UK/world markets providing an insight to what is happening with stock markets and investments. Perhaps most importantly they pre-empt any potential concerns when any upheavals appear in the markets, by explaining what they mean and what the likely outcomes might be. As a result we feel very confident that our retirement funds are in great good hands, and that we do not need to worry about our future with regards to wealth management. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending them.
