Avoid this agent they are completely useless and untrustworthy. Johnson and Co have still not paid me any of the rental monies from the tenant almost five months after the tenant began renting. As a bonus they have also failed to do the necessary switchover of utilities leaving it to the landlord and tenant. There's bee no three month inspection. The list of incompetence just keeps growing

We owe so much to the team at Johnson & Co and couldnt recommend them highly enough. Joe in particular went above and beyond to help sell our house and drive the sale through in just ten weeks! There were some challenging twists and turns along the way, but Joe was always a message away and on more than one occasion seemed to pull a rabbit out of a hat when it counted. The whole way through the process it was clear that they genuinely cared about what this move meant for our family. Were so grateful to be loving life in our new home and without a doubt its thanks to them.
