        I went to Sophie to help me when I had dumbness in my back and left leg due nerve problems. After a few sessions the BSR that Sophie gave me work wonders. I really recommend Sophie

        Amazing first experience of Body Street Release. I feel such a calm during the session and very relaxed afterwards with far more movement in my back and neck. My first session must have released so much as I came out in a bad cold the next day which felt much needed for some strange reason! I would definitely recommend Sophie - the technique in non intrusive and gentle but very effective in reducing pain
