        Having a stressful job, I have regular aromotherapy massages to keep tension headaches at bay. Lisa really knows her stuff. She listened carefully to the problems I was experiencing and devised a combination treatment of deep tissue massage and relaxation. Each time we talk about how I am feeling and the symptoms that are presenting and she adjusts the treatment to give me the best possible outcome. I havent had to take painkillers for sometime now which must be a good thing. Lisa is a first class therapist and I cant recommend her highly enough.

        I've been having regular massage from Lisa for a year and recommend her highly. She is an exceptional deep tissue therapist and I always look forward to my next appointment. Lisa manages to focus on specific tight areas while generally relaxing the whole body. She is very skilled.
