I moved into a new house and Initially Tindall refused to give me the codes to my own alarm unless I paid a yearly annual maintenance charge?! After a couple of heated phone calls they finally gave me the Master code to my alarm. Some time later I needed to change some config on the alarm however I was left limited and unable to change config as as Tindall hadn't provide the engineering codes. I then had to pay someone else to reset the alarm and set the whole thing up from scratch. Be careful having an alarm installed by Tindalls... Terrible customer service and very slow to reply to emails. Avoid!!

This morning I was crossing a street with my 2 year old daughter; whilst we were already engaged on the road, a Tindall Security van turned into the road we were crossing, and did not stop. I would not trust this company if their employees aren't able to respect the Highway code and put pedestrian's life in danger

We needed a decent CCTV system installed at our offices in St Albans, and after looking around and trying some other companies (some of which didnt even answer their phones) Tindall gave us a very appealing package. Their installers were round within a matter of days, and they all took social distancing very seriously. Something we really appreciated in the current situation!
