The stairwell light we purchased had to be altered (due to a change of circumstances at our end) and then stored for a few months. None of this was a problem.
Finally had the lights fitted this week. They are stunningly beautiful. The electrician who fitted them was so impressed with the full list of instructions on where each light should go.
This is customer service above and beyond.
