Absolutely phenomenal and professional service. Selling a house under normal circumstances would be particularly stressful but the team including Lorna, Lynsey and Jessica made it completely seamless. Enjoyed dealing with every one of the team as all so friendly and helpful. They were all super efficient and informative every step of the way and I couldn't recommended them all highly enough.

Richard Dewey has dealt with the sellers of our current purchase, the errors are absolutely awful, firstly can't even determine who the management company are, allowed for their clients to pay over 400 for a pack to the wrong company, then takes them a month to realise their mistake. They sent documentation over to us that is years out of date in the hope that we would accept it. Full blown disrespect to their clients. The estate agent, the sellers, our solicitors and ourselves have done more work than Richard Dewey has done. Takes days to respond to emails but shouldn't bother replying with the short, blunt, pointless emails full of lies. Bearing in mind this transaction has gone on for 5 months, we are still awaiting a management pack, draft lease extension, replies to enquiries... I would seriously avoid this firm and look elsewhere, I'd imagine you'd have problems getting your ID verified.
