On behalf of my mother, I would like to thank Alex of MCP. Alex visited today to sort out a problem of mould in the pantry. He explained what he was going to do, why and how he would progress, showing us his progress every step of the way. Thank you so much Alex for your professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail.

Customer services great but everything else is awful. Been chasing answers to same question for years, leasehold income team just dont care, they want to get away with over charging for as long as they can by ignoring their customers. Awful

Network homes are you going to come sort the garden out at Cromwell road a little boy broke his arm in the death trap of a garden. Needless broken bottles bricks hanging out the floor bannister with no caps or anything. Got a autistic child that plays out there. Not maintained at all disgusting.

The most unprofessional company ever, they come and inspect everyone's properties yet they fail to sort the bins out and don't do anything when the crack heads coming through the bin doors which is always unlocked. Where's the safety? and main front door of the building is broken smashed glass where this is a hazard including for the kids who lives in the building and it's been like this for months. I have water leakage coming through my balcony door and complained about this and its been over a year now and all they say is we will investigate upstairs and never come back to fix the problem and now I have mould in my kitchen wall that they are aware of. The care takers are extremely rude and talk to residents like trash. I wouldn't even give them one star. I'm not the only person in this building who thinks this way also.
