The stylist who done my hair was lovely as anything and did a smashing job. However my experience was totally ruined due to absolute vulgar treatment and bullying from the manager to one of her younger members of staff. The way she treated that poor girl was no way any member of staff in a business or trade should be treated by their manager. I am disgusted with what I witnessed and overheard and I would be very surprised if the young woman didnt decide to take action further. I would myself like to report the manager to HR if I could for the bullying, harassment and accusations that horrible boss was throwing around about a member of staff. I had my first haircut and blow dry with Lisa a few days ago and I must say I am very pleased with the outcome. I didn't go for a very complex cut and style, but the whole process was executed with care and attention to detail. Lisa and her girls are super professional, polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Such a welcoming and friendly environment. Highly recommended!!
