Shocking company I have 4 debts for council tax to the same council, instead of it being one whole account, I'm being charged 4lots of fees.. When I tried to set up payment plan I was told I'd have to pay a certain amount that they say and I'd have to pay abit now to set it up for next month, when told them I couldn't do that, they kindly suggested I hassle family and friends for the money..lol

Super rude, specially Michael Quinn! Kept calling and threatening, then would hang up the phone. The most unprofessional people I have ever encountered! Completely disgusted with this company.

Bullies. rang them up after being on the verge of redundancy to offer a payment plan.. not good enough. woman on phone said I had to pay at least half of a 700 pound bill within a few days or enforcement agents be round to take my property. I asked her 'so if I pay this in full now, I won't be able to afford to eat for the month, so can I PLEASE do a payment plan?- her response... 'well Mr Boyce, no we can not accept that plan (it was 100 a month, quite reasonable if you ask me) ..you don't want enforcement agents coming to sieze your property so I suggest you pay it in full.' totally unsympathetic, they do NOT CARE if you do not have the money and offer a suitable payment plan. they just wanna get paid. disgusting. how anyone who works there can sleep at night, is beyond me.
