        A good store with pleasant staff. However, ive just had to abandon my shopping after waiting 10 minutes at a non-functioning self-service terminal, No other tills available nor alternative terminals. I had to leave 20 of shopping then and there as Id run out of time for my shop. Please stop rolling out those stupid self-serve things and put some staff back on the tills. I used to spend 120 a week at M&S SF, but will have to find somewhere else to buy my groceries if the store refuses to put staff back on the conventional tills, which actually function effectively ..
