        Called in because the tip of my iPhone charger had snapped off and remained inside the phone. He removed the tip in milliseconds and charged nothing. Amazing service. Thank you!

        Great experience, went in with an iPhone with an earpiece speaker issue. Resolved in minutes, and would not charge for the clean. Will be back soon for my battery replacement.

        Had an issue with my Google Pixel and within a few minutes of chatting in the store he had provided me with a fix that meant I could continue to resolve it myself. Without his pointer I'd have been stuck... And yet he still refused to take any payment. Excellent service and will be returning if I need anything else!
