Ive been seeing Fran for 7or 8 years. When I first went I was not in touch with my body at all, let alone the energy within it. Im a coach and psychotherapist and am continually studying and learning and the energy work has been a huge part of that in terms of understanding how our total system works and growing my own life and consciousness and helping others do the same. I cant speak highly enough of Fran: her intuition in terms of how to help you heal on all levels is faultless and those hands? Well theres magic in there!

Ive been seeing Fran for the last 5 months and it has been incredible. I went in not knowing what to expect but was ready to embrace whatever came my way, I hadnt even told Fran about my lower back pain and it was the first thing she asked me about! My breathing has changed, my lower back pain has pretty much disappeared. If you want change in your body and to feel better, then I cannot recommend enough than coming here !

I came to Awaken not for any back pain but for more of an emotional pain. I had come to a crossroad in my life and not coping very well, the normal things working, running a home grandchildren supporting my own children. I would say it was like wearing lots of different hats and they had all got mixed up. i started treatment with Fran and we worked together slowly slowly connecting me with my body enabling me to have the tools to recognize situations and not react but try to process what is actually happening. I could go on all day about this wonderful treatment and about Fran, who is at the top of her profession. I can only say that it has been a life changer for me and I intend to continue being entrained, just as I eat food every day to keep me healthy, entrainment also keeps me healthy in body and mind.
