Okay, before I decided to write this review I have tried the new place four times in the past month, always ordering delivery through their website. The overall experience was a disgrace and I must say their customer service is beyond belief, it is a 0. My last delivery experience took me two trips to the shop, one to see where was my food, as over the phone they cannot simply answer a question in regards to online orders, and the second one to pick up the drinks the driver forgot. About the delivery driver, it took him nearly 3 hours to deliver my order and I had to answer him why I ordered delivery while living close to the shop, funny huh? Not to mention the missing drinks. About the food, honestly???? It is okay, pretty much the same you can get around here, dont order the special chop suey as it is sweet as hell, it has nothing to do with the original recipe, the salty and spicy barbecue ribs have no chilli at all, also tasty quite sweet and the boiled rice is good as long as you want to roll sushi at home, very stick and tasty less. But what upsets me the most is the fact that I have never had the chance to enjoy their food popping hot, it was cold and dreadful, not what my family expected. Not order again.
