        Absolutely mortified by the customer service received today from the staff here, I am truly grateful for charity shops and there volunteers and love to take my children there to donate and shop however this particular shop in Hertford the staff were extremely rude to my family making me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave. My children always go into a charity shop and choose a toy to buy, the staff here continued to tell me and my children off for holding any toys and made it very obvious we were in the way and should not of been in there. I will definitely not return and feel humiliated as a mother.

        Decent chaity shop. But the amount of perfectly sellable items put in skips/general waste outside is appalling. Some of items still have prices on.. but they're being sent to landfill.
