Up to the point of placing an order for a new kitchen, very good service. But as soon as I paid the deposit, everything went quiet. Emails were ignored. 2 scheduled start dates for installation came and went. 6 months after I had paid my deposit, I was no closer to having a new kitchen. Needless to say I cancelled the order!

I wanted to say a big "Thank you" to William who helped us to sort and lift 25 heavy boxes of tiles for us at the weekend. He was kind enough to help us immensely inside the store and to lift them into the truck for us too. This sort of customer service goes a long way, thank you and we'll be back.
