        Appointment confirmed via phone on arrival staff where rude , saying no record of my appointment , no apology . She didnt put you in the book we are full! So unprofessional , rude , unwelcoming , my advise would be to confirm appointments via text and not to be so unwelcoming to clients ! I would not recommend this salon , I left feeling very disappointed .After 2 phone calls confirming time and date , The welcome was the lady that booked you in isnt here today but can you come back tonight as I cant do your nails !After many years working in the fashion and beauty industry , there is a fine line between business and people skills ! This is meant to be a pamper experience ! Awful , staff need training and people skills !
