This is a review for Natwest Hertford. I recently phoned to request an appointment for a friend of mine who has several accounts with you. Owing to some difficulties he has had with fraudulent transactions we wished to obtain a full detailed statement on one of his accounts going back 12 months. We also wanted to enquire if his savings account could be made more secure. I was ensured an appointment was not necessary over the phone. We both would be seen as a walk-in. When we arrived we were told it wasn't possible I was dismissed in a rude manner, I consider this very unprofessional, extremely unhelpful and annoying as we'd both travelled some distance to attend to this matter. Also I was dismayed that on asking to make a complaint in the branch they said it wasn't possible.

There is always a queue and zero customer service when you eventually get into the branch.
