I had a problem after having Sky Q installed yesterday being able to locate and watch Terrestrial TV stations. Need the access to the stations in the event Sky wasn't working. I called JL Audio Visual today who I've used for many years. Daniel the engineer arrived today ( amazing same day ). Such a nice guy, helpful, nothing too much and whoosh all sorted. Can't thank everyone involved enough, brilliant company and would highly recommend them.

Having been let down at the last minute on a time-sensitive commercial AV installation for one of my own clients, I happened upon Jack at JL Audio Visual. Jack and his team did everything to accommodate a large job at very short notice, carrying out the install and procuring all the equipment required. Within a week of introduction to JL, Jack had personally attended to carry out the work, with a team who were clearly used to working together, all being happy, thorough, fast and knowledgeable in their fields. They were thrown curve balls but dealt with these without complaint or additional charges. My client was delighted, I was delighted, and as long as Jack and his team are available, he will be my first choice from now on. Thank you all.

J L Audio Visual have provided an exceptional service with a superb final product. Jack is a pleasure to deal with and is always extremely attentive - he's a great guy. Dan and Matt were great to have around when carrying out the works - they did a fantastic job. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Best in the business! The service from the office to the lads coming around to fit the tv is smooth and reassuring. The lads come on time and called 30 mins before arriving,Very polite explained everything before they started took time to show me where the tv will be (eye level). cleaned up after them selfs. cant fault them in anyway. Will be calling them out again soon for somemore work. Thank you once again
