        Update: Longacre have now entered the planning and completed the work. Weve been let down by Martin and team who completed half the job (including entering planning for the wrong house in the wrong town and leaving a whole load of cones outside our house) and are now not responding to any communication from us to complete the work. No response whatsoever from calls and emails, for months.
