Worked closely with Alistair/Charles & the team for a number of years now. Great guys, hard working, very efficient and fair in regards to cost.

I'm not one for praising companies for just doing their business but felt I had to write a review of this company just because of the awesome way in which I was treated I called on a Monday afternoon as my CCTV went down, explained I bought the system from Maplins who have since gone bankrupt, but Hy-Tek were the company contracted to installed it on Maplins behalf They understood my concern as I was going away on holiday the following weekend and the good lady wifey was throwing a fit that she wouldn't feel the house was safe while we were away. They listened and said they would see what they could do; they called back on the Tuesday to say someone would be at my home Thursday! Their engineer Mark rang me in the morning to tell me his estimated time of arrival and he turned up exactly when he predicted He had the parts with him to get the system up and running, he spent some time going through the various menus and showed me how to get the best out of my set up After just one coffee he was done and on his way Wifey got home at dinner time and was over the moon, so loads of brownie points for me and many many thaks to Hy-Tek Solutions Ltd for a fantastic response and resolution Would I reccomend them again.? Too right, all that and much much more!!
