Broad Oak Manor Nursing Home

Kind and caring is the heart of this business. I wouldn't consider anywhere else for my grandmother to reside, how they cared for my late grandfather was incredible. Friendly, considerate and compassionate staff.

Thank you to all of the staff at Broad Oak Manor Nursing Home!! You looked after my husband so carefully, considerately and kindly - and you looked after me too! I shall always be grateful that he was transferred from hospital to Broad Oak.

The owners of this property have just 1 thing they are concerned about - MONEY. They will spin a yarn about how they got into care homes because they couldn't find a good place for their mum Makes a nice story, but they clearly have no empathy for their clients, and their famillies who are going through difficult times. I was disgusted by the attitude of the owners and would not consider this place as an option. (and yes we could afford the extortionate rates). Profits and Balnce sheets above care.
