I have used Mog and Bird every time I have needed branded and embroidered garments. Nora is so good with her regular communication and so personable and I love the personal deliveries. They have been so helpful with putting me in touch with others when Ive needed other work done as well. My experience with Mog & Bird was extremely disappointing. As a multi-branch business owner, I needed a reliable apparel partner to supply my company with jerseys, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items in the future. After requesting a test run with a t-shirt and smart jumper, I assumed that communication with the company was going well. However, when I received the items, I was shocked to find that the logo font and placement were not as I had specified. Despite providing ample branding material for reference, the company made a frustrating oversight, leaving me feeling extremely dissatisfied. To make matters worse, when I requested that Mog & Bird correct the logo font and placement, the company's response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue, they claimed the mistake was mine and demanded more money to fix it. When I requested a refund, they ignored my emails and left me feeling even more disappointed with their lack of customer service. As a business owner of 12 years, I understand the importance of communication and professionalism. Mog & Bird's behaviour in this situation was completely unacceptable and left me with a negative experience. If you plan to work with this company, be sure to double-check all design elements and prepare for potential issues with communication and customer service.
