Braybrooks

I recently booked my car in here to have 10 inch screens and also ambient lighting! The screens were fitted perfectly and a really good job done! I was very disappointed with the ambient lighting, I was told after my 2 half hours drive, that I would only be getting one strip of ambient lighting not the two that were advertised. I was disappointed, I was there for about 8 hours, and the gentlemen were very friendly and polite. When finished, I was taken to the car to see it working. Now I was told for no real reason not all the settings work, and that I cant dim or brighten the lights. I was tired and fed up after the 2 half hour drive and the 8 hour wait then a 2 half hour drive home. I just thanked them and left. I have now realised I cant even turn the lights off. They just have to be on all the time! For 1400 I expected better!!! I couldve bought a cheap set off eBay!! With a remote control, at least I wouldve been able to dim and turn them off. I was very disappointed. Beware!!!! 3200 in total and they send me off with a half finished job.

Excellent all round. Sorted out some problems caused by someone else's attempt to fit CarPlay to my old S-Class and installed a new unit which works exactly as it should. On time and as quoted. Couldn't ask for better or more pleasant service.

Visited braybrooks (Neil) to purchase some items. Genuinely great company to deal with. Item not yet fitted but just impressed by the customer service, The workshop was very tidy and they clearly know what they are doing with Mercedes. I wouldnt hesitate to use Braybrooks for installation, Retrofits and Coding.

Id like to firstly thank Neil for completing works on my Mercedes. I wanted a blind spot assist retrofitted to my car and Neil did a brilliant job! Although I knew it would be a challenging job, Neil had no issues whatsoever and managed to get the job done swiftly. Neil made sure I selected the right product for my car and his knowledge about Mercedes is fantastic! You can ask anything and he would know. This is a man you can trust with your car and I am so glad I went to Braybrooks. I wouldnt take my car to anyone else now and I live in London. Neil is very fair on his prices and there is even a nice cosy waiting room for customers ( with plenty of choices for drinks) whilst you wait for work to be completed. There was also a lovely barn nearby with lots of animals so the location is perfect! Once again thank you Neil and I will be returning very soon to get the rest of my bits done (:
