After suffering from numbness and pins and needles in my arms, neck and head for over two months, a friend recommended I visit Alastair at Hertford Osteopaths. He identified the problem as being postural caused by my work and after around six visits I began to see a vast improvement! My symptoms are almost gone now. I would thoroughly recommend Alastair. Alistair is a truly amazing and rare find and if you do find him, you just struck gold! He genuinely cares about you as his client, giving you his time, attention, patience and ample knowledge. The treatment itself is tailored very specifically to your presenting issue/s and needs. As well as having wealth of knowledge and 20+ years experience, Alistair is one of those intuitive practitioners who knows the exact places to work on. I've only had 2 treatments and know there's quite a bit of work to undo what I've 'done' over the years, but I'm already starting to feel the benefits. Don't give it a second thought....make that call. You will NOT regret it!

Alistair has been looking after my back for many years now and i wouldn't trust anyone else. He takes time to get to know you, knows what he is doing and always offers advice on treatments/exercise you can do at home. Nice guy. Would definately recommend.
