        Great outdoor exercise class with variety for each session - meaning you never get bored of going. Really effective too, with a good mixture of cardio and strengthening. Friendly group of people with sessions tailored to suit all abilities. If you're looking for a friendly, effective outdoor exercise class do give it a try.

        While I may have to drag myself out of bed, I always feel great after Ryans Saturday boot camp sessions. Targeted varied exercises with a lovely friendly group in the fresh air. Best way to start the weekend.

        I have been attending Lean Bootcamps for over 2 years now and can not recommend them highly enough. I have gone from a very basic level of fitness to being asked by a doctor if I was a marathon runner at my last medical! This is all down to bootcamp. The classes are fun and friendly and have reignited my passion for exercise again.
