Attended a viewing with them last week, they are quite rude in person which is not the impression you get over the phone, unfortunately the housing crisis has led to people like this behaving like they are doing you a huge favour by showing you a property.

Do not use these guys, under any circumstances !!! If you are looking for a property to rent or to buy do not make the same mistake we made and go to these guys. They are very rude and do not pride on the service They provide. Therefore you get a very rude reception from them and messed around. We looked at five properties and conveniently all 5 went into a bidding war. I think this was just the estate agents trying to get more money in hard times. If more people are aware of the bad practice and the way they conduct their business, they should hopefully go bust and somebody else that has a better service can take over their position.

We could not have been in better hands with Julian and George. They have been incredibly helpful and guided us through the process of buying our new dream house so swiftly, giving us the perfect advice at every stage of our journey and took away a lot of stress. They are not only highly professional and know their business inside out, George and Julian are also incredibly nice and really do care. 5 BIG stars!!

I have been deaing with Castle Wildish for 24 years buying, selling and letting properties and have always had a pleasant experience dealing with Julian. He and all his collegues have always responded quickly and efficiently to my questions confirming their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Each time I have been very satisifed with the result. They know the area they service very well and have contacts with other support businesses that are recommended to buyers, sellers and landlords alike. They have not only been a service company to me over the years, but due to their regular contact updates both remotely and via visits, have become business friends which, to me, indicates the quality of the people they are, working in and for our small but important village of Hersham and the surrounding area. I have now expired my property porfolio and wish them all the best for the future.
