        Impossible to get appointments - you get diverted to other services eg LIVI app -49 to see GP, sent to hospital for routine appointment etc. Good staff if you can get in.

        I have used their same day appointment system which works very smoothly and I have got an appointment most of the times when I really needed it. I have a 2 year old who goes to nursery, so I need appointments quite often. Even when they dont have a slot they try to give appointments in another GP clinic. Doctors are very caring, the best I have seen. The receptionists are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
