        Bought a used VW Golf and credit to Ellias from the moment we walked in with his warm welcome which included a coffee. Answered all the questions about the car and arranged a test drive. Did all he could to make the sale some which was outside his control but nevertheless asked on our behalf. Picked the Golf up a couple of days later and with a new MOT which was unexpected. Update 2/5/23, been trying to get in touch with Lookers for repair (driver side mirror fell off and electric window switch broken) disappointed that no one has responded to my email about the issues nor able to get in touch to speak to anyone.
