Awful. Never collect waste on time, and if they do, they dont collect the right bin or they only empty half of it. Customer service is a joke, on hold for hours every day to be lied to and reassured it will be collected the following day. It never is. Cannot wait for our contract to end so we can use someone else. Biggest waste of money and detrimental to business.
