Beautiful Things

Have had a wonderful time here learning how to use a sewing machine. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun and I have learnt so much...and done so much sewing too!! If like me you always have wanted to learn how to use a sewing machine or just craft more-I would really recommend checking out the website and signing up for a class! You will not regret it!

I attended a one day intensive sewing class at beautiful things as an absolute beginner. The course is first class. Sandra was an outstanding teacher, demystifying any difficult areas in an incredibly patient and engaging way. She was so warm and welcoming, as well as taking care to ensure that everyone took away 3 beautiful projects, (completed to a great standard,) by the end of the day. I have also enjoyed Claires fabulous online videos, and feel Ive discovered a hidden gem in Brentwood. Gorgeous environment too. I have already returned to Beautiful Things for a dress making course with Claire, which is, of course, of the same excellent standard!!

Excellent Roman blind class! Great instruction and a fabulous class. Left with full instructions to make my large blind and details for calculating the fabrics needed for any window.
